What is included in the tour price?
All our tour prices include: green fees, one personal caddie per golfer at each course, golf carts (where specified), all accommodation (4-star), daily breakfast, all airport and golf course transfers, Meet & Greet on arrival, private VIP high-top touring van or sedan, daily drinking water, 24/7 golf hotline, and all applicable taxes and compulsory service charges. Not included: airfares, airport taxes, visa fees, personal items, meals beyond breakfast, and gratuities.
Do I need to book my own flights?
Yes, you book your own international flights. We handle everything from the moment you land. We'll advise on ideal arrival times, airlines, and airports for each destination, and our team will be waiting for you with a Meet & Greet on arrival.
How good do I need to be to join a tour?
Our tours welcome golfers of all abilities, from single-figure handicappers to 30+ handicap social golfers. The courses we play are spectacular for all skill levels, and the caddies are expert at helping golfers of any ability enjoy their round. We want everyone to have fun on and off the course.
Can I bring a non-golfing partner?
Absolutely. Non-golfing partners are very welcome and typically have a wonderful time, Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and Da Nang all offer incredible shopping, spas, temples, food, culture, and beaches to explore while golfers are on the course. Twin-share pricing applies. Contact us for specific non-golfer pricing.
How do I secure my place on a tour?
Once you've confirmed your tour and dates, a deposit secures your spot. The balance is due closer to departure. We'll send you a full written confirmation of all inclusions, itinerary, and payment terms. Payment is by bank transfer (credit cards attract a small surcharge).
What happens if tour dates don't suit me?
If our scheduled tour dates don't work for your group, we can often create a custom departure on dates that suit you, provided the minimum group size is met (typically 4–6 golfers). Contact us to discuss bespoke options.
Do I need travel insurance?
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all tour participants, covering medical, cancellation, and equipment. We can advise on suitable policies. This is one area where we'd never suggest cutting corners, especially given the value of these trips.
How much money should I budget beyond the tour price?
Beyond flights, most golfers budget an additional $50–$100 AUD per day for lunches, dinners, drinks, shopping, and activities. Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines offer outstanding value, restaurant meals range from $5 (street food) to $50+ (fine dining). Caddie gratuities of around $20–$30 AUD per round are customary and greatly appreciated.

All tour packages are subject to hotel and golf course availability at time of booking. Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due prior to departure (terms advised at booking). All payments are by bank transfer; credit card payments incur an additional processing fee.

Privacy: Personal information collected via our website and enquiry forms is used solely to process your enquiry and arrange your tour. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is held securely and in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
