Our Story

Built on a Mate's Dream. Carried Forward with Pride.

Prestige Golf Tours was founded by Michael Patterson, a passionate golfer and natural connector who believed that the best golf trips aren't just about the courses, they're about the people you share them with. For a decade, Patto built something special: a community of golfers who kept coming back, and a reputation built entirely on word of mouth.

When Michael passed away, his mate Dean Page stepped up to carry the torch, and honour everything Patto had built. Over the past five years, Dean has taken the business to new heights: opening up Vietnam and the Philippines, forging direct relationships with Asia's finest courses, and expanding the kinds of experiences on offer while keeping the same easy-going, no-fuss spirit that made Prestige Golf what it is.

Today, Prestige Golf Tours is run in Patto's memory, with the same soul he put into it, and a lot more destinations to explore. Every tour is a tribute to what he started.

Dean Page

Dean has been playing golf for over 35 years and travelling the world for 40. He is an experienced golfer and an experienced businessman, and Prestige Golf Tours is his third company.

Dean acquired the business and has grown it every year since, opening up Vietnam and the Philippines and building direct relationships with some of Asia's finest courses and hotels.

He has played the courses and hand-selected the hotels, so every trip is built on first-hand experience, and everyone who travels with us has a direct line to Dean.

Away from work

Dean lives in regional Victoria with his fiancé and two dogs. He plays the Saturday comp most weeks and enjoys visiting the region's wineries.

Danny Page

Danny is Dean's son and has joined the team to support the company's expansion over the next three years.

Danny has helped as a consultant from time to time since Dean acquired the business, and is now on board permanently.

Current focus

Working on laying the technical foundations for the company's expansion.

Away from work

Danny lives in Melbourne with his wife and spends his spare time building AI and software hobby projects. He has been restricted by many Australian sports books for profitable sports betting, so ask him for a tip next time you're on tour.
